Ventsislav Tochkov is attorney at law and founder of the law office. He is admitted and member of the Veliko Tarnovo Bar Association in Bulgaria.
Ventsislav holds Master’s degree in Law from “Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius” University Law School in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria and postgraduate specialization degree in European Union Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria. He also holds a degree in Business administration with concentration in Finance from University of Washington in Seattle, WA, USA.
Aside from his native Bulgarian language, Ventsislav speaks and writes fluently in English and has very good command of Spanish and Russian as well.
Before founding his law office Ventsislav worked at Bank of America in Seattle, WA, USA where among his other duties he was appointed as Notary public for the State of Washington. He also worked as associated attorney with the law firm “Ekimjiev and partners”, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
In 2016, Ventsislav won “Legal case of the year” award given by the prominent Bulgarian newspaper “Standard”. In 2015 he was nominated for “Legal case of the year” in the annual Bulgarian justice awards “Temida – truth’s price”.
A firm believer in the right to a fair trial for all people accused of a crime, Ventsislav is an active member of the Legal experts advisory panel within Fair Trials International – one of the leading global human rights organizations.
Ventsislav is also featured in the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office list of Bulgarian lawyers assisting British nationals.
Dobroslava Kerekova is attorney at law, admitted and member of the Veliko Tarnovo Bar Association since 2005.
She holds Master's degree in Law from "Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius" University Law School in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria and postgraduate specialization degree in European Union Law from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria.
Dobroslava speaks fluently in English and has professional working proficiency in German language.
